A commissioned short film to tell the story of what Nottingham Community Housing Association has achieved in four decades.
The NCHA was founded in Nottingham in 1973 and is now one of the largest affordable housing and care providers in the Midlands. It manages over 8,100 homes for more than 15,000 tenants and provides support for 2,095 people.
The film moves from the 70s through to modern times, telling the story of the NCHA using periphery items and tools reflective of both the time and various facets of the organisation.
NCHA Chief Executive Mike Andrews said: “We’ve achieved a lot in four decades, but this film manages to explain so much of what we do in just a few short minutes.”
